Fish Irishmen
Nine Fine Irishmen is a pub of epic proportions
inspired by a group of extraordinary Irishmen who
led lives of great adventure and achievement. The
pub's interior, featuring a grand Victorian-style
bar, ornate cottage areas and shop style snugs,
was entirely handcrafted in Ireland by a variety
of local tradesmen using authentic Irish materials.
The pub also boasts two levels of outdoor patio
dining with a spectacular view of The Strip. Food
and drink are at the heart of the Nine Fine Irishmen
experience. We have assembled nine of Ireland's
finest chefs to create signature dishes using only
natural Irish foods and fresh ingredients complimented
with the finest stouts, ales, lagers and spirits.
Music and entertainment are second to none with
a variety of local and special guest artists filling
the pub with a blend of uniquely Irish songs, dances,
and storytelling. Nine Fine Irishmen will literally
be a slice of Ireland transported to the Las Vegas
Strip. |

America, open 24-hours, is a restaurant that takes
you on a road trip around the country. The menu
escorts you on a culinary tour and is complimented
by wines and beers from coast to coast. America
showcases a 90x20 ft. map of the Unites States,
complete with mountains, rivers and amber waves

Chin Café
Legendary in Los Angeles since 1983, serves its
wonderful traditional Chinese food in a bright,
colorful and exciting cafe setting. Prepared in
exhibition kitchens, you will be able to watch skilled
chefs prepare a variety of sumptuous Chinese dishes
from Chin Chin's signature Classic Shredded Chicken
Salad to a delectable assortment of Dim Sum appetizers
and entrees. |
